SAWTEETH modules
SAWTEETH computes the effect
of sawteeth during the time evolution of kinetic profiles, typically within a
transport code.
It has been coupled to ASTRA,
RAPTOR and ETS at this stage. The latest explicit usage within a transport simulation
is in the reference here below
The modules, in fortran, matlab, kepler have been developed at the SPC-EPFL, with present
main developers: A. Merle and O. Sauter
The main reference at this stage is its usage within:
V. Basiuk, P. Huynh, A. Merle, S. Nowak, O.
Sauter, JET Contributors4 and the EUROfusion-IM Team,
Towards self-consistent plasma modelisation in presence of neoclassical tearing mode and
sawteeth: effects on transport coefficients, Plasma Phys. Control. Fusion 59 (2017) 125012
